***We ship packages Monday through Friday, but not on weekend.
***If your package is missing or has issue with conditon, we always help you as claiming investigation to Japan post. Also, when it happens, buyers must file claim investigation from recipient countries too. (** Keep the box as well ) Please understand that it takes some time ( 2 weeks to 2months ) to process.
***Please contact us within 5 days after you receive your package if your package has some issue otherwise we cannot guarantee the issue.
